Technical principle
Step 1: According to the actual needs of the user's on-site pipeline conditions, any control signal or feedback signal is transmitted to the PLC programmable automatic control system.
Step 2: When the water pump is running, the PLC calculates the flow rate and the opening of the impeller outlet width geometric parameters required for the working conditions based on the built-in pump performance database combined with real-time data
Step 3: Control the impeller through the hydraulic actuator to achieve automatic adjustment of the impeller outlet width geometric parameters, online variables, and no need to stop the pump.
Step 4: It can realize remote precise control or intelligent control such as constant pressure water supply control of the water supply system and constant temperature water supply control of the circulating water system, and realize digital and refined management of the operating system.
